Tam Johnston, a soon to be NLP Trainer with us, has been working with people helping them to quieten down their internal dialogue.  I’ve always found my inner dialogue useful, until that is that I started training for the London marathon…  My Inner dialogue has been getting in the way – telling me “I won’t be able to make the distance (26.2 miles)”.  I’ve found Tam’s techniques, a mix of many NLP tools, to be very useful and have been working on turning my negative voice, into a positive one.  The video really captured me.  Jill Bolte Taylor got a research opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: She had a massive stroke, and watched as her brain functions — motion, speech, self-awareness — shut down one by one. An astonishing story.  Let me know what you think.  Toby
