Kate and Toby’s attention to detail in running the course is second to none. They are genuinely interested in every attendee, taking enormous pains to support each person and consider their well being. Every day of the course, they arrived early to support participants on a one to one basis, as necessary. If they took a tea, coffee or lunch break, I didn’t spot it – and they stayed behind every evening, chatting, talking things through, making sure that everyone was comfortable with the day’s learning before going off for the evening. Their course organisation, timings and room organisation were impeccable.
